Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 February 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you register
- API credentials: authentication tokens for accessing your dedicated database via our API
- Usage data: logging node status, uptime metrics, and number of symbols configured
- Billing data: processed and stored by Paddle as our Merchant of Record (we do not store payment card details)
2. Data Hosting and Access
Order book data collected by your logging node is stored in a dedicated database on our managed infrastructure. Only you (and our team for infrastructure maintenance and debugging) have access to your data. Each client's data is fully isolated in its own database instance. You access your data via our authenticated API.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provision and operate your dedicated logging node
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To communicate service updates, maintenance windows, and billing notices
- To monitor service health and improve reliability
4. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status — never your full payment details.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell your data to third parties or use advertising trackers.
6. Data Security
API credentials are securely generated and transmitted over TLS. Your dedicated database is isolated from other clients. All data in transit is protected via TLS. Access to infrastructure is restricted to authorised personnel only.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we deprovision your dedicated database and remove your personal data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained as required by tax regulations.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your account data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
